We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the most brilliant condition. Delivery is free for every purchase that is worth Rs.200 or more. Orders worth Rs.2000 or less cannot be placed at this time.
Does Spikingnet deliver any product outside India?
At this time, Spikingnet does not deliver its products anywhere outside India. Although orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery can only be made in India.
All requests for returns and order cancellation stands true against the below-mentioned clauses.
- We believe in providing quality merchandise at a fair price to our customers.
- Exchange / Returns will be made only against a valid receipt.
- Products sourced exclusively on confirmed customer order will not be returned/exchanged.
- Warranty/Guarantee will be governed by the terms & conditions of the manufacturer with a valid receipt.
- We issue only credit note(s) against the product(s) returned.
- In case of loss of credit note(s), no duplicate will be issued.
- Delivery charges and additional octroi charges (if any) are not refundable.
- Management reserves the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
- All credit card transaction disputes have to be settled within 48 hours from the date of transaction.
- Warranty will be governed by the terms & conditions as mentioned on the Home Delivery challan.
- In the event of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
What if I do not like the product?
We, at Spikingnet Technologies Pvt Ltd, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website.
